Orders are generally shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail, Pack Ship USA or UPS Ground. The following shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the continental USA. Your total amount will reflect these prices and any additional freight charges that larger items may incur when you checkout in our shopping cart. FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS SHIP TO CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY! We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Shipping time for most orders will be 1-5 business days, provided that the product ordered is in stock. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays, exception if prior arrangements were made to do so. CountryLivingPrimitives.com is closed for business on Sundays to observe the Lords Day and ask that you honor that. “Made To Order” items such as furniture take approximately 8-12 weeks to ship as these items are custom manufactured to your specifications. “Made To Order” & heavy items sometimes may incur additional shipping charges.

If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval prior to processing your order.

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, please allow 1 -14 business days for shipping. Consider any transit or shipping time offered to you by countrylivingprimitives.com or other parties only as a general estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Furniture Deliveries
Upon prior notification, your furniture will be delivered "curbside". You will need to be home to accept delivery and unload the merchandise. On all furniture deliveries, you will be notified by the delivery service at least 24 hours prior to delivery. When your order has been shipped and the freight dispatcher contacts you, please verify (and clarify if necessary) your delivery destination. They will arrange for an approximate time of delivery, usually within a (4) four hour period of time.

NOTE: If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $75.00 per order. Please make sure someone is at the delivery destination to receive the order.

If your home is not accessible by delivery truck we may have to transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide pick-up and transportation to your home. In some cases, remote delivery charges may apply. We will notify you prior to shipping if this should apply or contact us if you are concerned.

Cancellation Policy
All order cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Any "Made To Order" items such as, but not limited to: Lighthouses, Lighthouse Tops, Wishing Wells, Windmills, Mailboxes, & Furniture will incur a minimum of a 25% cancellation fee, and in many cases cannot be canceled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.

In the rare event we cannot provide the merchandise you ordered, your purchase price will be refunded in it's entirety. If you make changes to your order for "Made To Order" items after the order has been placed with the manufacturer this could result in additional fees.

Return Policy 
All returns are subject to a restocking fee
ranging from 5% - 20% depending on manufacturer. In the event you need to return an item contact us for a return authorization within 15 days of receipt. Please review the return guidelines below BEFORE returning any merchandise.

  • No credit will be issued for returns without authorization.
  • No return authorization granted after 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be in NEW, UNUSED condition with original packaging intact.
  • Sale Items, and "Custom" or "Made To Order" items are not returnable.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Our cost to ship the returned item to you will be deducted from your refund amount, this includes items that had FREE SHIPPING.
  • Items that have been altered cannot be returned, such as lighting that has the wires cut or shortened.
  • The following items are NOT RETURNBLE: Lighthouses, Replacement Tops & Roofs For Lighthouses, Wishing Wells, Windmills, Mailboxes, Furniture, any product that the manufacturer customized for you in any way.

Damage Claims
We will gladly replace and/or accept the return of products that are defective due to damage in transit, defects in workmanship and/or manufacturing for up to 7 business days from receipt of item, please check your items carefully upon arrival. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via phone or email. You will be required to save the box your damaged item arrived in and all its contents for 14 days in case the shipper desires to inspect it. When these items are returned or the shipper waives right to inspect, we will issue a refund to your credit card.

Please Note: The manufacturer will be given the opportunity to repair or replace your damaged item at their discretion.
