Orders are generally shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail, Pack Ship USA or UPS Ground. The following shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the continental USA. Your total amount will reflect these prices and any additional freight charges that larger items may incur when you checkout in our shopping cart. FURNITURE SHIPS TO CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY! We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Shipping time for most orders will be 1-4 business days, provided that the product ordered is in stock. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays, exception if prior arrangements were made to do so. CountryLivingPrimitives.com is closed for business on Sundays to observe the Lords Day and ask that you honor that. “Special Order” items such as furniture take approximately 8-12 weeks to ship as these items are custom manufactured to your specifications. “Special Order” items sometimes may incur additional shipping charges.

If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval prior to processing your order.

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, please allow 1 -14 business days for shipping. Consider any transit or shipping time offered to you by countrylivingprimitives.com or other parties only as a general estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Furniture Deliveries
Upon prior notification, your furniture will be delivered "curbside". You will need to be home to accept delivery and unload the merchandise. On all furniture deliveries, you will be notified by the delivery service at least 24 hours prior to delivery. When your order has been shipped and the freight dispatcher contacts you, please verify (and clarify if necessary) your delivery destination. They will arrange for an approximate time of delivery, usually within a (4) four hour period of time.

NOTE: If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $75.00 per order. Please make sure someone is at the delivery destination to receive the order.

If your home is not accessible by delivery truck we may have to transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide pick-up and transportation to your home. In some cases, remote delivery charges may apply. We will notify you prior to shipping if this should apply or contact us if you are concerned.

Return/Cancellation Policy We care about your satisfaction as our customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped to your door, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a return authorization, and return it in New/Unused condition for a refund within 15 days of receipt. Our original shipping costs will be deducted when your refund is issued. No returns accepted without a Return Authorization.

  • Items which have been altered or do not include original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
  • We cannot accept returns on Sale Items, Furniture & Custom/Special Order Products.
  • Bedding, and Earth Rugs require a restocking fee and are not eligible for a FULL merchandise refund.

If you need to return an item, please call 484-388-1508 for assistance. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and include invoice. Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of the manufacturer or our error, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

We will gladly replace and/or accept the return of products that are defective due to damage in transit, defects in workmanship and/or manufacturing for up to 7 business days from receipt of item, please check your items carefully upon arrival. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via phone or email. You will be required to save the box and all its contents for 14 days in case the shipper desires to inspect it. When these items are returned we will issue a refund to your credit card.

Custom/Special Order Items, Katie's Handcrafted Lighting Products, VHC Brands Products, & Furniture” will require 25% of the purchase price be considered a “nonrefundable” fee upon placement of your order with the manufacturer. This “nonrefundable” fee on “special order items & furniture” will be refunded in its entirety if we cannot deliver the merchandise you ordered. However if you return the items or make changes to and/or cancel your order after it has been placed with the manufacturer this could result in a loss of 25% of the purchase price and/or additional fees.
